Let’s support, not shame.
“ADHD is not a weakness — it is a different way of thinking. With the right support, routine, and tools, anyone with ADHD can learn, grow, and shine. Recovery is not about becoming ‘normal’; it’s about becoming your best self.”
Or:
“ADHD doesn’t stop your success. Understanding, structure, and self-love can make your journey powerful. You are stronger than your struggles.”
